Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning models and algorithms for various applications.
- Lead the research and implementation of state-of-the-art AI/ML techniques, including deep learning, NLP, and computer vision.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data scientists, software engineers, product managers) to integrate AI solutions into production systems.
- Optimize existing AI models for performance, scalability, and efficiency in cloud environments.
- Develop and maintain robust, scalable MLOps pipelines and infrastructure.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI research and apply innovative approaches to product development.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of technical excellence and knowledge sharing.
Kualifikasi
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a strong portfolio of deployed projects.
- Expert proficiency in Python and relevant AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
- Solid understanding of machine learning principles, algorithms, and data structures.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, and MLOps tools (e.g., Kubeflow, MLflow).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to tackle complex, ambiguous challenges.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of successful team contributions.
- Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) and distributed computing is a plus.
