- Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI/ML models and algorithms.
- Conduct research to stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and deep learning, applying relevant techniques to improve product capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, product managers, and software engineers to integrate ML solutions into production systems.
- Optimize existing machine learning models for performance, scalability, and efficiency.
- Develop and maintain robust MLOps pipelines for model training, evaluation, and deployment.
- Mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and best practices.
- Communicate complex technical concepts and solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ensure the ethical development and deployment of AI systems, adhering to best practices for fairness and transparency.
Kualifikasi
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in developing and deploying machine learning models in a production environment.
- Proficiency in Python and extensive experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures, and statistical modeling.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow).
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects and drive solutions from conception to completion.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
