- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable machine learning models and AI-powered features.

- Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to define project requirements and technical specifications.
- Optimize existing machine learning pipelines for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency.

- Ensure the quality, reliability, and security of AI/ML systems through rigorous testing and validation.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI/ML and recommend new technologies and approaches.

Kualifikasi
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience developing and deploying machine learning models in production environments.
- Proficiency in Python and extensive experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
- Strong understanding of machine learning principles, algorithms (e.g., deep learning, NLP, computer vision), and statistical modeling.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps practices.
- Proven ability to design and implement scalable, robust, and maintainable software systems.
