Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and implement advanced computer vision models and algorithms.
- Lead the full lifecycle of ML projects, from data preprocessing and feature engineering to model training, evaluation, and deployment.
- Research and integrate novel AI techniques to solve challenging real-world problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliver impactful solutions.
- Optimize model performance for scalability, efficiency, and accuracy.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the team's technical growth.
- Stay abreast of the latest research and advancements in AI and Computer Vision.
Kualifikasi
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML, with a strong focus on Computer Vision.
- Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
- Extensive experience with deep learning architectures (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers) for image recognition, object detection, segmentation, and generative models.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering best practices.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for ML model training and deployment.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a track record of delivering complex projects.
