- Design, develop, and implement advanced machine learning models and algorithms for complex problems.
- Lead research initiatives, exploring new AI/ML techniques and their potential applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliver robust AI solutions.
- Optimize and deploy ML models into production environments, ensuring scalability and performance.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI/ML research and translate them into practical applications.
- Conduct rigorous experimentation and evaluation of model performance.
Kualifikasi
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of experience in designing, building, and deploying production-ready ML models.
- Proficiency in Python and core ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
- Strong understanding of various ML paradigms, including deep learning, reinforcement learning, and natural language processing.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong analytical mindset.
