Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and deploy highly scalable and reliable backend services and APIs using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Lead technical design discussions, providing architectural guidance and ensuring best practices are followed across the team.
- Collaborate closely with frontend engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to define and deliver new features and improvements.
- Optimize existing systems for performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency, identifying and resolving complex technical challenges.
- Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and contribute to a culture of technical excellence and knowledge sharing.
- Implement robust testing strategies, including unit, integration, and end-to-end tests, to ensure code quality and system stability.
- Participate in on-call rotations and provide operational support for critical production systems.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in backend software development, with a strong focus on building scalable web services.
- Expertise in at least one modern backend language (e.g., Python, Java, Go, Node.js) and associated frameworks.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and asynchronous programming.
- Proficiency with relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra) databases.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and logging tools.
