As a Senior Backend Software Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and deploying critical components that form the backbone of our platform. Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and deploy highly scalable and reliable backend services using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Contribute to the architectural vision and technical roadmap of our core platform.
- Write clean, efficient, well-tested code, and conduct thorough code reviews to maintain high quality standards.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, frontend engineers, and other stakeholders to define and deliver features.
- Debug and resolve complex production issues, ensuring system stability and performance.
- Mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and technical excellence.
- Actively participate in agile development processes, including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in backend software development.
- Proficiency in at least one modern backend language such as Python, Go, Java, or Node.js.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and API design (RESTful, gRPC).
- Extensive experience with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra).
- Demonstrated experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Solid grasp of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a track record of delivering high-quality software solutions.
