Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, test, and deploy secure and efficient smart contracts using Solidity on EVM-compatible blockchains.
- Architect and build scalable and robust decentralized applications (dApps) and protocols.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications and innovative solutions.
- Conduct thorough code reviews, security audits, and performance optimizations for smart contracts and dApps.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in blockchain technology, Web3 frameworks, and emerging security best practices.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the team's technical growth and knowledge sharing.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to smart contracts and decentralized systems.
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 3 years focused on blockchain development.
- Expertise in writing production-ready smart contracts in Solidity.
- Deep understanding of Web3 concepts, including ERC standards, gas optimization, and transaction lifecycle.
- Proficiency with blockchain development tools and frameworks (e.g., Hardhat, Truffle, Ganache).
- Experience with unit testing and integration testing for smart contracts.
- Familiarity with common security vulnerabilities and best practices for smart contract security.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for decentralized technologies.
