- Lead the end-to-end development of machine learning models and data-driven solutions from conception to deployment.
- Perform complex data analysis, statistical modeling, and predictive analytics to identify trends and insights.
- Design and implement A/B tests and other experimental designs to validate hypotheses and measure impact.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to define problems, scope projects, and deliver impactful solutions.
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Communicate complex analytical results and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Research and evaluate new data science methodologies, tools, and technologies to enhance our capabilities.
Kualifikasi
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Data Scientist, with a strong portfolio of deployed models.
- Expert proficiency in Python (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch) and SQL.
- Deep understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms, and experimental design.
- Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
