- Lead the end-to-end development and deployment of machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.
- Design and execute A/B tests and other experimental designs to evaluate the impact of new features and product changes.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables.
- Communicate complex analytical findings and recommendations clearly and effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Mentor and guide junior data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and best practices.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and AI, and proactively identify opportunities for innovation.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with data governance standards across all analytical projects.
- Contribute to the strategic direction of our data science roadmap and architectural decisions.
Kualifikasi
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in data science, with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch) and R.
- Deep understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms, and experimental design (A/B testing).
- Strong experience with SQL and working with large, complex datasets from various sources.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib, Seaborn) is a plus.
