Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and implement advanced machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.
- Conduct in-depth exploratory data analysis, identify trends, and derive actionable insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Build and maintain robust, scalable ML pipelines for data ingestion, feature engineering, model training, and deployment in production.
- Collaborate effectively with product managers, software engineers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize model performance, accuracy, and efficiency, continuously monitoring and iterating based on real-world data.
- Research, evaluate, and integrate new machine learning techniques, tools, and technologies to enhance our capabilities.
- Communicate complex data science concepts, findings, and recommendations clearly and compellingly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Kualifikasi
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of progressive professional experience in Data Science, Machine Learning Engineering, or a hybrid role.
- Exceptional proficiency in Python and its data science ecosystem (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Strong expertise in statistical modeling, various machine learning algorithms, and experimental design (A/B testing).
- Demonstrable experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and MLOps practices for deploying and managing ML models.
- Solid understanding of data warehousing, SQL, and big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop).
- Excellent problem-solving skills, intellectual curiosity, and a proven ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
