- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable web applications from conception to production.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineers to define feature specifications and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code across both front-end (React, Angular, Vue) and back-end (Node.js, Python, Java) environments.
- Architect and implement robust APIs and microservices, ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Contribute to code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and champion best practices in software development.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, performing root cause analysis and implementing effective solutions.
- Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, applying new knowledge to enhance our product offerings.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in full stack web development, with a strong portfolio of shipped products.
- Proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) and strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3.
- Expertise in back-end development with Node.js, Python, Java, or Go, and experience with RESTful APIs.
- Solid experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, DynamoDB).
- Demonstrated experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Strong understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile development environment.
