Tanggung Jawab
- Architect, develop, and maintain robust, scalable full-stack applications using React and Node.js.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and UX designers, to deliver high-quality features.
- Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability across global infrastructure.
- Lead code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices, security standards, and maintainable codebases.
- Design and manage relational and non-relational database schemas for high-traffic environments.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers to elevate the collective technical excellence of the team.
- Participate in architectural discussions to bridge the gap between complex business requirements and technical implementation.
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in a high-growth startup or enterprise environment.
- Expert-level proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS or GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Proven track record of designing scalable RESTful or GraphQL APIs.
- Strong experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar database technologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
