Are you obsessed with system availability, latency, and performance at scale? NexusCloud Systems is seeking a world-class Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join our core infrastructure team. In this role, you will be the bridge between development and operations, ensuring our global platforms remain resilient, secure, and lightning-fast. You will have the autonomy to drive architectural improvements and implement cutting-edge SRE practices.
Tanggung Jawab
- Design, build, and maintain highly available, distributed cloud infrastructure.
- Automate operational tasks through scripting and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Ansible).
- Lead incident response, perform blameless post-mortems, and identify root causes for complex system failures.
- Optimize system performance, resource utilization, and cloud cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with software engineering teams to improve deployment pipelines and CI/CD workflows.
- Implement proactive monitoring, alerting, and observability strategies using Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK.
- Participate in an on-call rotation to ensure 99.99% service uptime.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or Systems Engineering roles.
- Deep expertise in AWS or GCP cloud environments and managed services.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Go, Python, or Ruby.
- Strong grasp of Kubernetes orchestration, Docker containerization, and microservices architecture.
- Deep understanding of networking, Linux internals, and database scaling.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
