- Lead the design, development, and deployment of robust and scalable AI/ML models and systems.
- Collaborate with data scientists and product teams to translate complex business problems into viable AI/ML solutions.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in Python, ensuring high quality and maintainability.
- Optimize existing machine learning pipelines for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency.
- Stay current with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and related technologies, evaluating and integrating new tools and techniques.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
- Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and strategic planning for AI initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering with a strong focus on AI/ML.
- Expert proficiency in Python and experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures, and their practical applications (e.g., NLP, Computer Vision, Recommender Systems).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps practices for deploying and managing ML models in production.
- Strong background in data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
